Simon Appoints New General Manager to Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets

Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, recently appointed Christopher Durant to the position of General Manager at Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets in Clinton, Connecticut.

Durant will utilize his asset management and retail real estate expertise to oversee Clinton Crossing Premium Outlets’ financial, marketing and operational performances. His strong focus on customer service and team development will assist him as he leads the team to drive sales and traffic to the property while maximizing customers’ shopping experiences. Durant will also maintain positive retailer to landlord relations to further advance the initiatives of the center.

A recipient of Simon Premium Outlets’ 2015 Best of the Best award, Durant previously served as Operations Director for Merrimack Premium Outlets where he used his skills in asset management to execute several capital projects.

A native of Bedford, New Hampshire, Durant holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Finance from Southern New Hampshire University where he continues to attend classes for a master’s degree in the same concentration.
