Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy Seminar

We are pleased to announce a seminar on physical therapy and sports medicine. This seminar will be given by Joe Allen, Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Dr. Hergan, a highly regarded orthopedic surgeon. They will discuss osteoarthritis of the hip and knee and other overuse injuries. They will also discuss the importance and benefit of exercise, physical therapy, and medical management. There will be a question and answer session following their presentation.

This seminar will take place on Thursday, November 6th at 6:00pm in the group exercise room at Snap Fitness of Clinton. Members and non-members are invited to attend. We do not have chairs so bring yoga mats or cushions if you have them.

Snap Fitness is a full service health club located at the south end of the ShopRite plaza in the former Blockbuster Video location. Members have 24/7/365 access using electronic key cards. Come check us out during staffed hours - Monday 10-7, Tuesday through Thursday 10-5.
