Marijuana Plants Seized From Clinton Home: Police
A woman was arrested after police seized numerous marijuana plants while executing a search-and-seizure warrant at her home.
CLINTON, CT — A Clinton woman was arrested on drug charges Tuesday after police executed a search warrant at her Cow Hill Road home and seized numerous marijuana plants. At about 5:30 p.m. on June 27, Clinton Police executed a search-and-seizure warrant on the property located in the 200 block of Cow Hill Road.
During the execution of the warrant, police located and seized numerous marijuana plants, according to Sgt. Jeremiah Dunn.
Dunn said some of the plants were found to be in various stages of growth, while several others had previously been harvested and were in the process of drying. Police also located and seized several items of drug paraphernalia that are commonly used in the growth and distribution of marijuana, according to Dunn.

Andrea Tiffany, 53, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and cultivation of marijuana.

Tiffany was released on a $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Middlesex Superior Court in Middletown on July 10.
