3 Children, 1 Woman Found Dead at Danbury Home: Police
Three children and one woman were found dead in a home on Whaley Street in Danbury, according to police.
DANBURY, CT — Three children and one woman were found dead in a home on Whaley Street in Danbury, according to a news release from the Danbury Police Department.
Officers were called to the home around 6:30 p.m. for a well-being check at the single family residence. The caller was "distraught and crying," according to police, who found three children between the ages of five and 12 dead inside. The children are believed to be related.
The body of the woman was found dead in the home's outside shed.

The investigation is being conducted by the General Investigations Division and Special Victims Unit of the Danbury PD.
"We believe this is an isolated incident, and there is no danger to the public," the police said in a statement.

Police Chief Patrick Ridenhour told NBC there are no suspects in custody.
