ALDI to Host Hiring Event at Danbury LocatIon

DANBURY, CT — The ALDI supermarket chain will host a hiring event for its stores in New Milford and Danbury on Monday, Dec. 3. The Danbury event will be held from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its 61 Newtown Road location. In New Milford, the event will be 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the store located at 125 Danbury Road.

Salary/Wages:

• Manager Trainee: $60,000 per year ($25.50 per hour averaging 45 hours per week)
  • Opportunity to earn $80,000 to $100,000 per year as a Store Manager
• Shift Manager: $17.60 per hour ($13.10 per hour plus $4.50 per hour when performing manager duties)
  • Base pay to increase after six months of employment
  • Store Associate: $13.10 per hour
  • Pay to increase after six months of employment

Job Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be available to work anytime between 5 a.m. and 11 p.m., Sunday-Monday
• Retail experience preferred
• Management experience preferred for Manager Trainees
• Ability to lift 45 pounds
