DANBURY, CT — Food trucks, music and games are set to return to downtown Danbury this spring as the city’s “Downtown Chowdown” series kicks off its 2026 season.
The weekly event will run Wednesdays from May 6 through June 24 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the corner of Main Street and Library Place.
This year’s lineup includes a variety of food vendors, such as Cousins Maine Lobster, Brazilian BBQ Boys, Twins BBQ, Greek Style Grill, El Taco Loco and more, according to event organizers.
The series is presented by CityCenter Danbury and aims to bring residents and visitors downtown for a mix of food, entertainment and community activities during the spring months.
