Lamont Campaign Opens New Headquarters In Danbury Ahead Of Primary

DANBURY, CT — Gov. Ned Lamont's reelection campaign has opened a new campaign headquarters in Danbury as part of a statewide expansion ahead of Connecticut's Aug. 11 Democratic primary.

The new office is located at 161 Main St. and is one of nine campaign headquarters the Lamont campaign announced Wednesday across Connecticut.

According to the campaign, the offices will serve as hubs for field staff, volunteers, phone bankers and canvassers as organizers ramp up voter outreach in the final weeks before the primary.

"This campaign is all about Connecticut—every town, every neighborhood, every family—and how we're working hard to build a better future for everyone," Lamont said in a statement.

"We're opening field offices because democracy works best when people connect face to face. We'll be working day and night to reach out to voters to listen to their concerns and share our vision for a stronger, safer, more affordable Connecticut together. The momentum is real, and it's growing every day."

In addition to Danbury, the campaign announced new headquarters in Bridgeport, Hartford, New Britain, New Haven, Groton, Stamford, Torrington and Waterbury.

The campaign said the offices will host weekly phone banks and canvassing events leading up to Primary Day. Those interested in volunteering can sign up through the Lamont campaign's website.
