No. 4 is 19 Cedar Drive, asking $1,875,000. The 3,264-square-foot home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been listed 170 days, the longest run of anything on this list.
Closing out the top five, at $1,345,000, is 57 Cedar Drive. The waterfront home on Candlewood Lake comes with a private dock, a finished lower level and multiple outdoor spaces built for lake living.
