Athena Real Estate in Danbury Acquires RV Park Site

DANBURY, CT — Athena Real Estate, a Danbury-based real estate investment company, has completed its acquisition of Saratoga RV park, company officials said in a release.

Saratoga RV Park is a 154-site RV park located in the Saratoga Springs, NY market. The property will be repositioned through capital improvements and the introduction of greater activities, the new owners said.

Richard J. O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Athena Real Estate, LLC, said, "We are extremely pleased to acquire Saratoga RV Park, which is in a wonderful location for us. Athena operates a number of RV parks and resorts operating under the umbrella of Applebrook RV Parks.
