Upcycling T-Shirts into Tote Bags - a no sew class @ Danbury Library

Give you old t-shirts a second life as a market bag. In this 2-hour class, Dawn, The Stitching Coach will guide you in the process of transforming your t-shirt for a more sustainable option to tossing it in the trash. 

Patrons are encouraged to bring one or two t-shirts to upcycle into bags. This is a no-sew program, so all you need to bring is your creativity.

This workshop is part of the Danbury Library’s Sustainable Living Initiative, showing how creative upcycling can be both fun and eco-friendly. Learn the techniques at the library, and take them with you to practice sustainable living for life.
