Early Explorers Playdate & Sensory Play Program for children 1-5 years old @ Danbury Library

Early Explorers Playdate is a monthly program designed for young children ages 1–5 and their caregivers to explore early literacy through play, sensory experiences, and social interaction.

Research in early childhood development shows that play is one of the most powerful ways young children learn language, develop motor skills, and build social connections. This program will provide a welcoming environment where families can engage in activities that support pre-reading skills, creativity, and sensory exploration.

The program encourages caregivers to actively participate with their children while learning simple strategies they can use at home to support early literacy development.
