Celebrate Independence Day with an evening of fireworks, live music and family-friendly fun at Candlewood Town Park.
Hosted by the Danbury Volunteer Fire Department and Danbury Recreation Department, the annual Independence Day Fireworks Celebration will take place Saturday, June 27, from 5 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
The event is free to attend and will feature concession stands, live music from the band Junk from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., and a fireworks display to cap off the evening.
Attendees are encouraged to arrive early. No alcohol is permitted.
