Crown Point Latest Danbury Apartment Complex to Sell

DANBURY, CT — Crown Point Apartments on Danbury's west side has sold for $108.5 million, the News Times is reporting. The 466-unit complex was sold by Harbor Group International to Crown Pointe Sep, LLC.

The Crown Point sale follows a wave of apartment complexes changing hands in the city. Kennedy Flats sold for over $86 million in May, and Avalon Danbury sold for $52 million, Hillcroft at Danbury sold for $32.25 million, and Willow Grove sold for $31.25 million over the past couple of years.
