CSBGA Announces New Board Of Directors For 2020-21

The CSBGA elected a new Board of Directors for 2020-2021 during a virtual meeting for members on June 17th.

BLOOMFIELD, CT – The Connecticut School Buildings and Grounds Association (CSBGA) elected a new Board of Directors for 2020-2021 during a virtual meeting for members on June 17th.

The newest elected member of the Board is Vito Esparo, Facilities Manager of Woodbridge Public Schools. He replaces Jim Saisa, the Director of Facilities of Amity Regional School District #5. Following his retirement, Saisa will now serve as Director Emeritus.

The CSBGA was founded in 1974 and serves as a professional trade organization for Connecticut’s School Facilities Directors, Custodial & Maintenance Supervisors, School Business Officials and suppliers to work together respectfully and professionally. The President of the CSBGA is Richard Jalbert, Director of Sites and Facilities for Danbury Public Schools; the First Vice President is Wayne Natzel, Director of Facilities for Wolcott Public Schools; the Second Vice President is Dennis Stanavage, Director of Facilities for Regional District 19; the Secretary/Treasurer is Wayne Casper, Director of Facilities/Transportation Coordinator for Bloomfield Public Schools; and the Past President is Claudio Bazzano, Executive Director of Facilities for Hartford Public Schools. The Directors are Patrick Bradbury, Facilities Director for Milford Public Schools, Vito Esparo, and Tom Welcome, Assistant Director of Facilities for Hartford Public Schools. Jim Saisa and Steve Twitchell serve as Directors Emeritus.
