Danbury Caterers will Run Ridgefield Golf Course Restaurant
Marshall Odeen and his partner John Lloyd have been serving delicious dinners at the Danbury Elks Lodge and are now expanding operations.

DANBURY, CT-- The luck of the Irish is with Marshall Odeen and his partner John Lloyd as they just landed a 3-year contract with the Ridgefield Golf Course as their new caterer. The Ridgefield Golf Course opened for the 2016 season on Thursday, March 17, St. Patrick's Day
The Ridgefield Golf Committee unanimously selected the duo as their new caterers at their February 23 meeting.
Marshall Odeen and his partner John Lloyd opened "Odeen's at Ridgefield Golf Course" and had their "soft opening" on March 17, 2016. Odeen told Patch on Thursday that their menu includes barbecue, half-pound hand-pressed burgers, veggie burgers, wraps, a wide variety of fresh salads and more. They will also have 6 beers on tap and sunset specials on the porch.

Danbury resident Pat Keeler is their Head Chef. Keeler, Odeen and Lloyd run operations on Friday nights at the Danbury Elks Club and said they are happy to be offering a new menu at the Ridgefield Golf Course.
Keeler told Patch: " We are currently running a limited menu and will be running full steam as of April 1."
Odeen said the lease is for a 3 year term and "if all goes well they can extend it by another two years," he told Patch Thursday.
