Danbury Club Owned by Teen Served with Cease and Desist Order
The order was served after the owner of the club, Ian Bick had his entertainment license suspended.

Danbury High School graduate Ian Bick has been served with a cease and desist order, the News Times reports.
Bick, 19, has been served the order in connection with a concert in April at his downtown juice bar Tuxedo Junction, the paper reports. He was served with the order on Wednesday.
Due to an alcohol violation at the concert, Bick’s entertainment license has been suspended for 30 days.

Bick was arrested on federal charges in January accusing him of defrauding over 15 investors out of nearly $500,000.

He has been charged with 11 counts of wire fraud, which carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 20 years on each count, three counts of money laundering, which carry a maximum term of imprisonment of 10 years on each count, and one count of making a false statement to federal law enforcement, which carries a maximum term of imprisonment of five years.
