On the program will be the well-known and endearing work by Randall Thompson, “Frostiana”, which sets seven poems by Robert Frost to music. To round out the program, the chorus will sing two works by groundbreaking composer Florence Price, “Praise the Lord” and “Resignation”, Ola Gjeilo’s haunting setting of “Ubi Caritas, and Morten Lauridsen’s “Sure on this Shining Night” and “Dirait-on!” Organist Joshua Ehlebracht will perform a special prelude as a part of the concert which begins at 4 pm.
