The annual fireworks at the Danbury Fair Mall will be held July 2.
Fireworks kick off at dusk and will be followed by two concerts beginning at 6 p.m.
Other highlights at the event include inflatables for the kids to enjoy and a food and beer tent presented by the Cookhouse.

The fireworks are part of SummerStage at the Danbury Fair Mall. The event runs from July 2 through Aug. 4.
UPDATE: The fireworks at Candlewood Lake have been postponed, according to WFSB. No new date has been set.

Another fireworks display will be held at Candlewood Lake Town Park in Danbury on June 28. The event was delayed from June 27 due to the weather, according to the News Times.
The fireworks are set to begin around 9:15-9:30 p.m.
