Danbury Gas Giant to Build Big Plant in LA

It will be one of the largest hydrogen manufacturing plants in the U.S.

DANBURY, CT — Linde has announced it has signed a contract to build one of the largest hydrogen manufacturing plants in the U.S.

Linde merged with Danbury industrial gas maker Praxair last year, keeping their main corporate offices local.

The new plant, which will feed an unspecified refinery in Louisiana, will be responsible for about 10 percent of Linde’s hydrogen capacity in the Gulf Coast region.
