Danbury Mad Hatter Chorus Annual Show May 16
The event will be held at Western Connecticut State University.

The Danbury Mad Hatter Chorus, western Connecticut’s best-kept musical secret, will present its 2015 annual show “Feelin’ Groovy,” at Western Connecticut State University’s Visual and Performing Arts Center, 43 Lake Avenue Extension, in Danbury.
The show will be held May 16 at 7:30 p.m.
The chorus, all of whose singers are members of the international Barbershop Harmony Society, will be adding their contest-winning a cappella style to songs representing the era of the group’s founding almost 50 years ago with songs like: “Bye, Bye Love,” “Daydream,” “Breaking Up Is Hard To Do,” “Happy Together,” and “Blue Velvet” among others. And, according to Music Director, Joe Hudson, “there will be some selections for those who love the traditional barbershop style as well.”
