Danbury Man Accused Of Weekend DWI in New York

New York State police reported removing 18 impaired drivers from public roadways in the southeast corner of the state over the April 20 weekend. Among the accused was a Danbury man.

On April 20, New York State police arrested Carlos V. Ludisaca Yungasaca, 27, of Danbury, CT, for Aggravated DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when he was found parked on the shoulder of the controlled access highway. Investigation revealed that he was impaired by alcohol, police said.
