Danbury Man Busted at Courthouse for Drugs
A Danbury man appearing in court for violating a restraining order and breach of peace was busted for drugs at the city courthouse.

DANBURY, CT — A Danbury man was arrested at Danbury Superior Court on drug charges Tuesday after police found illegal drugs packaged for sale while he was appearing for violation of restraining order and breach of peace, according to The News Times.
Timothy Joyner, 30, was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of narcotics with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia , possession of a controlled substance and operating a motor vehicle without a license, according to the report.
Court records show he is next due in court for a pre-trial hearing on Dec. 2, 2016 for criminal violation of restraining order and breach of peace, among other charges.
