Danbury Man Charged With DUI, Drug Possession After Striking A Building: Police
Police say they found the man unconscious with heroin in his car.

DANBURY, CT — A Danbury man was arrested on a DUI charge after police say his car struck a building on March 1.
Police say they found Ethan Shook, 27, of Danbury unconscious behind the wheel of a car after his car struck a building in the area of Butternut Lane at 9:46 p.m. Officers also say they found heroin in the car next to Shook.
He was transported to Danbury Hospital where he was treated and released. He was then placed under arrest.

Shook is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, failure to drive upon right, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released after posting $500 bond and is due in Danbury Superior Court on March 15.
