Danbury Police Log: Narcotics, Assault, Larceny, Weapon, Cocaine
The following information was provided by the Danbury Police Department. People charged with a crime are not considered guilty until they are convicted in court.

Danbury Police charged a New Milford man with larceny after a complaint from Wal Mart. The man, Jessie Goble, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, possession of narcotics and possession of a weapon after police investigated the complaint.
Police said Goble had taken a $30 FM transmitter without paying. Police said Goble opened the transmitter packaging with a spring-driven knife, and he had an ADD-treatment drug on him that wasn't prescribed for him.
Police said the knife is illegal in Connecticut, the drug is a narcotic in the wrong container prescribed to someone else, and he didn't pay for the FM transmitter. He was held on a $2,500 bond.

Danbury Police charged Timothy Donnelly, 22, of Kenosia Avenue, Danbury, with breach of the peace, second-degree assault, criminal mischief, and strangulation after receiving call of a fight on Kenosia Avenue Tuesday. Police held Donnelly on a $2,500 bond for a court appearance Wednesday.
In an undrelated case, Thomas Colon, 32, of West Wooster Road, Danbury, was charged on a warrant with threatening, and third-degree criminal mischief at about 6:42 a.m. Tuesday. Colon was held on a $5,000 bond for court Tuesday.

In an unrelated case, Hector Vargas, 34, of New Street, Danbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree threatening, interfering with a 911 call, and disorderly conduct following a disturbance Tuesday at about 9 p.m. Police said Vargas threatened people in his family with a bat. He was held on a $2,500 bond for a court appearance Tuesday.
In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged Michael Downing, Belmont Lane, Danbury, with possession of marijuana and possession of narcotics following a complaint of drug dealing in the Bluu parking lot on Nabby Road.
After receiving the call about drug dealing at that location and a description of Downing's car, police said they approached the car, and saw furtive movements by Downing, who took his time rolling down the window. Police found a smoked marijuana cigarette and a small plastic bag between the passenger seat and driver seat with a white substance that later tested positive for cocaine. Downing was held on a $10,000 bond for court on Sept. 15.
In an unrelated case, Danbury Police charged Stefanie Santana, 22, of Nabby Road, Danbury, with theft of a credit card, illegal use of a credit card and third-degree larceny on a warrant arrest.
