Derrick Troy Cherry, 42, of Cupbard Ridge Road, Danbury, was charged with threatening at 9:13 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 14.

Hugo Neftaly Diaz-Depaz, 45, of Franklin Street, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 4:51 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 14.

Jan. 14

Junior Emanuel Cortez, 30, of Maple Avenue, Danbury, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault at 8:57 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 15.

Michael A. Decrenza, 66, of Wooster Street, Danbury, was charged with two counts of violation of probation at 7:30 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 27.

Valdenice Dutra, 65, of Orchard Street, Danbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 11:30 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 27.

David Rafael Grullon, 42, of Lake Avenue, Danbury, was charged with illegal discharge of a firearm, risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, criminal possession of a pistol/revolver, second-degree manslaughter, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 6:31 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 16.

Jose Ramiro Ramos-Rodriguez, 38, of Park Place, Danbury, was charged with leaving a child under 12 unsupervised in a public place or motor vehicle at 10 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 27.

Jan. 16

Kevin S. Costigan, 56, of City Streets Street, Danbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault at 9:39 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Ramiro Manuel-Cajbon, 24, of Westville Avenue, Danbury, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, disobeying the signal of an officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 8:35 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 28.

Antonio Joseph Medina, 22, of Peacable Hill, Brester, N.Y., was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault (causing physical injury) at 12:28 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 16.

Tania Saetama-Bravo, 27, of Karen Road, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, and violation of conditions of a release at 10:18 p.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Vladamir Darwin Siavichay, 30, of Osborne Street, Danbury, was charged with violation of a condition of release at 10:49 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Darwin Vladamir Siavichy-Cajillima, 30, of Karen Road, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call, and third-degree assault at 9:10 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Shelley Thomas-Cruz, 32, of Soundview Avenue, Stratford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, assault of an elderly victim, and threatening at 7:15 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 26.

Jefferson Buestan-Nieves, 29, of Division Street, Danbury, was charged with failure to carry registration/insurance card, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 2:45 a.m. He will appear in court Jan.28.

Dario Patricio Marcastoma-Marcatoma, 22, of Grand Street, Danbury, was charged with falsifying a marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, traveling unreasonably fast, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 5:20 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 28.

Alvaro Matias, 35, of Park Place, Danbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 4:32 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Annabel ?B. Sheedy, 24, of Fieldwood Lane, Waterbury, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in the proper lane, use of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance at 8:13 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 27.

Sharaya Tatiana Carmona, 19, of Main Street, Ridgefield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault at 1:03 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Jose Hugo Guerra, 52, of 4th Street, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 2:36 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Carlos Solis-Rea, 29, of Clapboard Ridge Road, Danbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to obey a stop sign, and operating while causing unnecessary noise at 12:18 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.

Carlos Alfredo Triminio-Ortega, 34, of Grandview Avenue, Danbury, was charged with reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle without a license, risk of injury to a child, and loitering on or about a school at 8:30 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 29.

Jose Raul Sandoval, 43, of Padanaram Road, Danbury, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia, possession of amphetamines with intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance, and violation of deadly weapons registry requirements at 1:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 20.
