Danbury Police Nab Reality TV Star for Shoplifting

The value of the property stolen from Walmart was under $80, according to police.

DANBURY, CT — A former reality TV performer has been charged with stealing from Walmart, police report.

Carline Bedol, who was featured on the Bravo TV series "Below Deck," was arrested June 9 and charged with sixth-degree larceny. Police charged her after she shoplifted clothing from Walmart, according to Danbury PD Lt. Mark Williams. The value of the property was under $80.

Bedol, 35, was credited as the "3rd Stewardess" in episodes of the sixth season of the reality TV series that chronicles the lives of crew members who work and reside aboard a mega-yacht. The show debuted its sixth season last October. Bedol left the series following the ninth episode of the season, after getting into a fight with two other cast members.

The actress was released on a promise to appear in court. She is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday at Danbury Superior Court.
