Danbury Police Seek Public's Aid Investigating Suspicious Death

The body was found near the railroad tracks last week.

DANBURY, CT — The police are seeking assistance from the public in their investigation of a suspicious death.

Shortly before noon on Wednesday a Danbury police officer was alerted by a concerned citizen about a body found near the railroad tracks by Maple Avenue and Garamella Boulevard.

The unidentified Hispanic man appears to have been in his late 50s, according to police.

The Danbury Police Detective Bureau is investigating this as a suspicious death.
