"As conditions improve, we remind all residents and businesses that property owners are required to clear snow and ice from sidewalks in front of their property within four hours of daylight after snowfall ends, per the City Code of Ordinances," wrote the city.

Officials said sidewalks must be kept safe and passable, and snow or debris may not be pushed into streets, sidewalks, or public rights-of-way.
