Danbury Residents Run in the Boston Marathon

It’s a rainy and chilly morning in Boston but the 119th Boston Marathon is underway.

Seven Danbury residents are part of the group of runners making their way from from Hopkinton, Mass. to the finish line in Boston.

Thomas Cronin, 43, Habtom Habte, 40, Amy J Hanlon, 40, James S. Quintanilla, 19, Brendan J. Rickert, 26, Susie Sarkisian, 51 and Geoff G. Wakeford, 54 are local residents taking part in the 26-mile race.

A post race party that begins at 6:30 p.m. will be held at Fenway Park.

Cheer on your fellow Danbury residents as they make their way to the finish line!
