Danbury Woman Arrested for Public Lewdness

DANBURY, CT --- Marissa Mongelli, 30, of Danbury, CT, and Vincent E. Sheeley, 30, of Dover, NY, were arrested on March 29, 2018, by New York State Police from the Dover Plains barracks. Both were charged with Public Lewdness, a class B misdemeanor.

After receiving a call reporting inappropriate behavior at approximately 12:20 p.m., the Troopers responded to the McDonald’s parking lot on Route 22 in Dover. They observed Mongelli and Sheeley engaging in sexual intercourse in public view. The couple were both issued appearance tickets returnable to the town of Dover Court.
