Danbury's Local Prevention Council Stand Together Make a Difference has partnered with Tarrywile Park to promote healthy community activity and family values with the first annual Hike for Healthy Families. Please join us on October 29 at 10am in the lower mansion parking lot for a family-friendly guided hike, led by an experienced hike leader.
Free refreshments from Blue Jay Orchards will be provided, a prize raffle will be held, and the Red Barn Environmental Center will be open following the hike.
Please bring the whole family for a beautiful autumn morning hike through one of our most popular trails as we promote healthy communities and healthy family values in Danbury. Please wear comfortable hiking shoes and dress appropriately for the weather.
