The Harlem Globetrotters Dribble Into Danbury

The legendary basketball team will be at the O'Neill Center on Tuesday, March 24 at 7 p.m.

The Harlem Globetrotters will bring their world famous brand of basketball to Bridgeport, CT, for an exclusive preview of their 2015 “Washington Generals Revenge Tour” on Friday, Nov. 14 at 7 p.m. in Webster Bank Arena. The game will be taped for an ESPN special that will air in December and will be the first of over 310 games the team will play in North America through May.

Fisher - a native of Kingston, NY - scored 61 points in a high school game, led Siena College to a first round upset in the NCAA Tournament by going 6-for-6 from 3-point range, and made a record 10 consecutive 4-point shots in a Globetrotter game (yes, 4-pointers from 35-feet away).

The Globetrotters will face a great challenge this year, as the infamous Washington Generals are more determined than ever to beat the Globetrotters. The Generals plan to evoke a new strategy that is sure to give the Globetrotters a run for their money, despite the Globetrotters’ 98.7 winning percentage and over 25,000 wins since 1926.

  • Friday, Nov. 14, 2014 at 7 p.m. - Bridgeport - Webster Bank Arena - taped for ESPN
  • Tuesday, Feb. 17 at 7 p.m. - Uncasville - Mohegan Sun Arena
  • Friday, Feb. 20 at 7 p.m. - Bridgeport - Webster Bank Arena
  • Saturday, Feb. 21 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. (doubleheader) - Hartford - XL Center
  • Tuesday, March 24 at 7 p.m. - Danbury - O’Neill Center
