Here Are The Most Recent Property Sales In Danbury

Five Danbury homes recently changed hands, with sale prices ranging from just over $120,000 to more than $640,000.

DANBURY, CT — From a $122,500 studio on Nabby Road to a four-bedroom on Greta Drive for nearly five times that, Danbury's real estate market has been trading across every price point at once.

Five homes sold in Danbury between Sept. 11 and Sept. 15, with a top price of $642,100, according to Zillow.com.

The most recent closing in this batch, and the top price of the five, is 14 Elmcrest Drive, which sold Sept. 15 for $642,100. The three-bedroom, two-bath home offers 2,027 square feet of living space on a 0.51-acre lot, at $316.77 per square foot.

16 Greta Drive sold Sept. 14 for $563,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home spans 2,064 square feet on a 0.93-acre lot, at $272.77 per square foot.

The same day, 5 Nabby Road, Unit A56 sold for $122,500. The studio condo, with one bath, offers 435 square feet, at $281.61 per square foot.

7 Padanaram Road, Unit H167 sold Sept. 11 for $180,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers 604 square feet, at $298.01 per square foot.

Also closing Sept. 11, 8 Rose Lane, Unit 24-11 sold for $233,500. The one-bedroom, one-bath condo offers 828 square feet, at $282 per square foot.

What this says about the Danbury market: Three of the five sales in this batch were condos under $235,000, while the two single-family homes both topped $560,000 — a market split cleanly between an entry-level condo tier and a pricier single-family tier, with not much in between.
