Housatonic Habitat to hold First Time Homebuyer Workshop March 15

Join Housatonic Habitat for Humanity and its partner Newtown Savings Bank for a First Time Homebuyer Workshop to be held on Tuesday, March 15th from 6 to 7 p.m. This free workshop is for people who are looking to become a homeowner but don’t know where to start. Experts from Newtown Savings Bank will share information about the steps you can take to help on your journey to first-time homeownership. The seminar will review ways to improve your credit score, how the mortgage application and home buying processes work, and how Housatonic Habitat helps local families buy their first homes.

The workshop will be held at the ReStore location at the Danbury Fair Mall. The ReStore is located on the lower level across from Old Navy. No registration is necessary.
