Immaculate's 34th Golf Outing Is A Big Success

One hundred and twelve golfers teed off for a great cause at Immaculate High School’s 34th Annual Golf Outing October 19 at the Richter Park Golf Course. Forty-five of them were former Mustangs.

This annual fundraising event raised over $50,000 to benefit the Immaculate Fund and students who are in the greatest need. The net winners were Ed Durkin ‘72, Art Haddad and Bob Van Houten ‘72 - plus honorary member Bill LaVelle who could not attend this year. The outing included 18 holes of golf, lunch, cocktail hour and dinner, contests, prizes, raffles and a silent auction.

“This is a much anticipated event for alumni - plus community supporters, Immaculate parents, faculty and staff,” said Jeannie Demko ‘88, Immaculate’s alumni and events director. “It was a fun day and the best part is we are able to use the proceeds to support our mission at Immaculate. Thank you to everyone who participated and sponsored the event even if they could not be there in person!”
