DANBURY — A Danbury man accused of killing his 19-month-old son in 2013 could soon go to trial as jury selection begins May 24, The News Times reported.

Christian Williams, 27, has been incarcerated since his arrest on Oct. 1, 2013 and is charged with first-degree manslaughter and risk of injury to a minor in the death of his son Ayden Baskay, the report stated.

An autopsy done by the state Office of the Chief Medical Examiner showed the cause of the baby's death was homicide due to blunt-force trauma to the head and subdural hemorrhaging, the paper reported.
