'KKK' Graffiti On Danbury Billboard Covered Up
Police are searching for those responsible for spray painting "KKK" on a Danbury billboard.
DANBURY, CT — The spray painted "KKK" which appeared on a North Street billboard Saturday morning has been covered over in black plastic, the News-Times is reporting.
The billboard is privately owned by Townsquare Media in Purchase New York, and advertises radio stations WDBY and WRKI. A WRKI radio personality, accompanied by Mayor Mark Boughton, spray painted "Love" atop the plastic, according to the WRKI website.
Police are searching for those responsible for the vandalism.
