Knights of Columbus Council #29 to Sponsor Youth Soccer Challenge
Boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2023 Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge.

All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are invited to participate in the local level of competition for the 2023 Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge. This is a FREE community event. The local competition will be held on Saturday, September 30th at the Portuguese Cultural Center beginning at 2:30 PM. In the event of inclement weather, a rain date is set for October 7th. The Knights of Columbus Soccer Challenge is sponsored annually, with winners progressing through local, district, and jurisdictional competitions. International champions are announced by the Knights of Columbus international headquarters in New Haven, CT, based on scores from the jurisdiction-level competitions. All boys and girls ages 9 to 14 are eligible to participate and will compete in their respective age divisions. All contestants on the local level are recognized for their participation in the event and will receive a free soccer ball.
