Housatonic Habitat for Humanity is offering two zoom sessions learn more about first-time homeownership of condos through Habitat. The link for the first session on July 21 at 7pm is: https://bit.ly/HabitatHome072121. A second session will be held on July 28 at 7pm at this link: https://bit.ly/HabitatHome072821. Both sessions will focus on the application process and parameters to become a future Housatonic Habitat Homeowner. Current and future Housatonic Habitat properties that need homeowners will be discussed. Visit housatonichabitat.org to complete a pre-screen application to apply for homeownership.

"We look forward to finding our next homeowner," said Housatonic Habitat's Interim Director of Special Projects Fran Normann. According to Normann, "For many area families, owning a Habitat home costs less than a rental! Working families can buy their first home with fixed payments and then build a nest egg for their future." As the builder and the “bank”, Habitat homeownership stands out from the standard home-buying experience.

Housatonic Habitat for Humanity focuses on making a meaningful difference in the lives of qualified working families by promoting financial stability and self-sufficiency through ownership of affordable homes.
