Makos Take Second Place in New England

The Western Connecticut YMCA Makos took second place in this year's New England YMCA Swimming Championships.

The Western Connecticut YMCA Makos took first place in three different boys divisions, (9-10 years old, 11-12 and 15-18 years old) and won second place overall in this year's New England YMCA Swimming Championships.

The tournament was held at the Harvard University Blodgett Pool on March 25-17.

Michael Li of Danbury, who won in the 11-12 boys in the 100 Breast and the 50 Breast.

Nadine Edwards of Danbury won the 15-18 girls for the 500 free.
