Man Involved in Sexual Relationship with Child: Danbury Police

Danbury Police have arrested a man accused of having a sexual relationship with a minor.

According to police, an arrest warrant was issued for Hoskellyn Marte, 25 on July 10. Additionally, search warrants were also issued for his cellphone, residence and vehicle.

The warrants were issued as a result of an investigation by the Danbury Police Department’s Special Victims Unit, police said.

Investigation revealed that Marte was involved in a sexual relationship with a minor child, police said. As a result, the warrants were served.

Marte was charged with second-degree sexual assault, risk of injury to a minor and risk of injury to a minor-illegal sexual contact. He is being held on a $200,000 bond.
