Osborne Street Apartment Expansion Enters Next Phase

DANBURY, CT — The Planning Commission has given the green light to a new wing of the Victorian Meadows apartment complex on Osborne Street, the News Times is reporting. The additional space will include 13 more rental units.

The new development will add four two-bedroom units, five three-bedroom units and four one-bedroom units, bringing the total complex up to 52 apartments, including seven affordable rentals.

The City Council is expected to consider the expansion at a meeting next week
