Nowadays people associate the Danbury Fair with the mall on Backus Avenue. The truth is that the Danbury Fair has a history far more illustrious, as anyone who was there can tell you. You can see for yourself on Sunday, October 5, when the Fair, which ran for the first week of October from 1869 until 1981, comes back to life on the stage at The Palace Danbury for one special matinee show.
