What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

Having a Bachelor of Arts in psychology and pursuing a master's degree in public administration equips me with a unique perspective on the educational system, child development, and public policy.

Parents should be free to choose the educational path that best suits their child's needs. I strongly support policies that enable parents to make informed choices about their child's education. This includes traditional public, charter, private, and homeschooling.

Every child is unique, and educational choice allows parents to find the learning environment that aligns with their child's needs, interests, and learning styles. Educational choice fosters healthy competition among schools, driving innovation and improvement in all educational settings.

Educational choice can help address achievement gaps by giving disadvantaged families access to options that might otherwise be out of reach. While advocating for choice, I also recognize the importance of maintaining high standards for educational institutions. Oversight and accountability mechanisms are crucial to ensure that all schools, regardless of their type, provide a quality education.
