ROBERT JONES JOINS FAIRFIELD COUNTY BANK INSURANCE SERVICES AS VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMERCIAL LINES AND MARKETING

Fairfield County Bank Insurance Services is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Robert Jones to Vice President of Commercial Lines and Marketing. 

Mr. Jones brings more than thirty years of experience to the Commercial Lines department.  He started his career in risk management later working on the brokerage side of the insurance industry.  Bob served several roles with different agencies including producer, risk consultant, sales manager, division leader and agency co-founder.  His career additionally includes time in senior sales and marketing leadership roles.  Most recently, Bob was Vice President at PMC Insurance Group.  Prior to that, he served as P&C Middle Market Practice Leader with Oswald Companies and then as Managing Director with InStrategy Group, an insurance consultancy firm. 

Bob received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of Hartford and is a veteran of the United States Army.  He is a past officer and director for his local Chamber of Commerce, a former member of RIMS (The Risk Management Society), and previously served on various local municipal boards.

He resides in Danbury, CT with his wife Beverly Jones.
