Savings Bank of Danbury Announces 'Share the SBD Spirit of Giving' Charity Donation Contest to Benefit Non-Profits

SAVINGS BANK OF DANBURY ANNOUNCES “SHARE THE SBD SPIRIT OF GIVING”
CHARITY DONATION CONTEST TO BENEFIT LOCAL NON-PROFITS

As the Holiday season approaches, Savings Bank of Danbury is keeping with the spirit of the season and giving back to local communities with our “Share the SBD Spirit of Giving” contest.

The contest will take place on Facebook via online posting. “Likes” of the Savings Bank of Danbury page can nominate their favorite charity. All nominated charities must meet Savings Bank of Danbury’s community criteria. The top three non-profit organizations will receive a charitable contribution from Savings Bank of Danbury in the amount of $1,000. The contest will begin on December 1, 2014. This contest gives those who benefit from and support these charities the chance to give back and say thank you for all they do to make our community a better place to live.”

Nominations must be made by 12:00 pm on December 24, 2014. The contest winners will be announced on December 31st, 2014 on Savings Bank of Danbury’s Facebook page.
