Savings Bank of Danbury 2013 Foundation Grants - were presented to 53 non profit agencies, totaling $146,610.00
Ms. LouAnn Bloomer proudly accepted TBICO's grant check in the amount of $5,000, from Ms. Beth Ann Fetzer, Community Development Officer/Assistant Vice President, Savings Bank of Danbury, and Ms. Patricia Orsino, SBD Branch Manager/AVP.
Savings Bank of Danbury has been a long-time supporter of TBICO, not only with grant awards through their foundation; many of the bank's employees donate their time and talents as Corporate Edge Workshop Facilitators. Also, Ms. Fetzer is a Director and Secretary of the TBICO Board of Directors.
The occasion was made even more special when Ms. Jana Adebambo, a 2012 TBICO Alumna who works for Savings Bank of Danbury and was attending the grant presentation breakfast, joined in our group photo.
Savings Bank of Danbury Foundation's mission: "to strengthen communities by providing grants to organizations that are vital to the well-being, growth and prosperity of the communities in which we live and work."
