Teenager Killed in Danbury Crash Identified
The accident that occurred on Sunday is still under investigation.
The teenager killed in a crash in Danbury over the weekend was identified as 17-year-old Fausto Delossantos.
According to police, a passing motorist traveling on Crows Nest Lane just south of the exit to Birchwood Condos called Danbury police at 7:56 a.m. on Sunday. The motorist discovered a black Chevy Cobalt off the roadway.
The Chevy was traveling eastbound and had veered off the road colliding with the tree.

Delossantos was found in the vehicle, which was severely crushed and was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency personnel, police said.
The accident is under investigation and anyone with information is asked to contact the Danbury Police Department Traffic Investigation Division at 203-797-2156.
