Two Men Shot In Danbury On Saturday

One man is in critical condition, according to Danbury police, who say there is no known motive.

DANBURY, CT — Two men were shot in Danbury on Saturday, according to a police report.

The Danbury Police Department, along with fire and EMS crews, responded to a call in the area of Rose Hill Avenue and Ann Drive shortly before 9 p.m.

First responders found two men, each suffering from gunshot wounds. Both were taken to Danbury Hospital for treatment.

One victim, in his sixties, is in critical condition; tho other, in his thirties, is in fair condition, according to Det. Lt. Mark Williams of the Danbury PD.

There are currently no suspects or motive identified at this time , according to Williams, and an investigation is ongoing.
