Unruly Bar Patron Found With Drug Paraphernalia: Danbury Police

The accused also refused to pay his bar tab and had an outstanding warrant with the Danbury Police Department, according to police.

DANBURY, CT — A Ridgefield man was arrested in Danbury after police say he caused a disturbance at Molly Darcy's Pub early Saturday morning. Police say Greg Janerico was found with a marijuana grinder and pipe after he was escorted out of the bar.

Police say the responded to Molly Darcy's at 12:25 a.m. after refusing to pay his bar tab. When officers searched him, they found the grinder and pipe.

Police also say Janerico had an outstanding warrant for speeding and driving on a suspended driver's license, among other charges.

He was charged with breach of peace and use or possession of drug paraphernalia. He was also charged with failure to appear, speeding, operating a vehicle without a driver's license, and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license.

Janerico was held on a $1,000 bond in the first case, and a $500 bond for the previous one.
